Does every product have a shipping charge?
No — shipping charges vary by product. Some products include free shipping; others have a shipping fee based on weight and destination. The shipping cost for each item is shown on the product page and calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your location within the contiguous 48 states. Most customers in the Northeast and Midwest receive their orders in 1–2 business days.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and select regional carriers. The carrier is chosen based on your location and order size to ensure the fastest, most reliable delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on select products and on qualifying orders that meet the free shipping threshold. Check the product page or your cart to see whether free shipping applies to your order.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to monitor your package in real time.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other US territories at this time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack every order carefully. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.
What are your order cut-off times?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed and dispatched the same day.
